To use Spider Sense you must register your organization and pay a fee.

Registering your organization

Click on the Registration Form link above and fill in the required information about your organization. You will also be asked to provide contact information for a person that will fulfill the role of ‘administrator’. The administrator will be responsible for providing the list of participants that will be participating in the questionnaire and for coordinating the development of the questionnaire itself. When complete, submit the registration form.

When the registration is approved (which may take a few days), the administrator will be given a User ID and Password to access the site.

Paying the fee

This site is sponsored by The Winnipeg Foundation. As a result, a grant application can be made to cover all or a portion of the fee. At the bottom of the registration form is a link to The Winnipeg Foundation site where an application can be made.

The Basic Fee for the use of Spider Sense provides access to the site, development of the questionnaire by the administrator, filling out the questionnaire by all participants, and the compilation of results including the production of a summary report.

Two Board Workshops are offered for an additional fee:

A Pre-Questionnaire Workshop with the Board to explain how the process works and to provide some guidance on the selection of questions.
A Post-Questionnaire Workshop with the Board to review results and discuss actions the Board may wish to consider.

Basic Fee: $xxx
Pre-Workshop: $xxx (optional)
Post-Workshop: $xxx (optional)
