Client: The Manitoba Habitat Heritage Corporation
Language: Access 2000/VBA Time Frame: 2003-
Description: This Information Management System was designed to manage MHHC information tracking and processing requirements. This system is used for tracking Land Owners, Files, Conservation Agreements, Riparian Stewardship Agreements, Acquired Lands and Leases, Leased Lands. Nest Structures, Locations, etc. This system includes integration functions for Great Plains Accounting Software. This System was a complete redesign of an existing Access Database.

Project:  CSCFHAAH -  Bio-Safety Cabinet Certification Information Management System
Client: Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health
Language: Access 2000/VBA Time Frame: 2003-
Description: The Bio-Safety Cabinet Certification Information Management System was designed to manage Health Canada's Bio-Safety Cabinet Certification Reporting requirements. This system is used for tracking Manufacturers, Instrumentation and  Equipment Calibration/Certification report requirements. It is a simple to use point and click interface that eliminates hard copy file lookups and searchs.

Description: The Travel Reservation Management System was designed to manage the Randonnee's clients, tours and bookings. This system is used for Tours Setup and Pricing, Client Booking information tracking and administration and Booking Costing and tax Information. This system was a complete redesign of an existing Access Database system.

Description: The Administered Car Management System was designed to manage the Missions administered Grain Cars. This system imports Grain Car Unload and Shipment/Adjustment information from the Canadian Grain Commissions GIS (Grain Information System). This system administers Car Releases and Grain Receipts and grain inventory by providing automatic commodity pricing, rail/station rates, freight adjustment factors, premiums, cleaning, admin, etc. , several CWB required reports, Inventory Management, several customized information management reports.

Description: The APTN Network Management System was designed to manage the Networks Information Resources. These included the Organizations, Individuals, Productions, Shot Archives, Acquisitions and Licensing, Scheduling, HTML Generation, Tracking and Reporting.

Description: This Software was developed for the management and reporting of accounting information for ADM's grain purchases. This system uses a simple point and click interface to maintain and track the daily business postings of grains purchased for and unloaded at ADM mills.

Description: The Manitoba Film and Film Database System was designed to manage the film and sound contracts. These included the Organizations, Projects and contracts. The contract tracking includes, funding, funding sources, expenditures, production schedules, recoupment, status tracking, etc. This system is currently under development.

Description: This Software was developed for the Burwin Institute of Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound course management requirements. This system maintains Course, Session, Registration, Student and Inquire information and tracking of enrollment, accounting, assignment, form letter, requests, results and flagging details. This system synchronizes data between the Winnipeg and Lunenburg offices via email. This system replaced an existing foxpro/Delphi system.

Client: ADM Milling Co.
Language: Access 97/VBA Time Frame: 1998-2003
Description: This Software was developed for the management and reporting of commodity pricing information for Oats, Durum, Wheat and Corm. This system uses a simple point and click interface to maintain and track daily bank rates, commodity pricing and futures pricing and to generate basis and futures values pricing reports and charts. This model is used to influence the purchasing of commodities and futures for ADM's Canadian mills.

Description: This Software was designed to manage, track and report on SM's Bulk Fuel, Credit Fuel, and Key Lock Fuel information. This system was an upgrade to an existing dBase IV system.

Description: This Software was developed for Swietzer Mauduit's NT/WIN 95 network to track and report on Flax Straw Production, Inventory and Shipping information. This system is integrated with the Straw Payable System and Straw Purchasing system.

Description: This Software was developed for the quotation and sales of construction materials and drywall supplies. It features specialized pricing, costing, margin calculations for quotations, sales orders and invoicing. This system was integrated with the existing AR software.

Description: This dBase IV Database Management System computerizes and integrates this straw board manufacturers raw material sources, production data, quality control data, preventative maintenance and accounting. The SourceMates' Accountmate Accounting Software Modules include GL, AR and AP. Customized Sales Order, Inventory and Preventative Maintenance Modules were integrated into this system.

Description: Internet based Database/Web Application. This system was designed to manage employee registrations and skills inventories for a human resources employment opportunity matching system. This system was designed using HTML, JavaScript and Perl CGI scripts. This application is presently used by thirty federal departments in the City of Winnipeg.

Description: This Occupational Safety & Health Information Management and Reporting Software was designed for Canada's Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) and Manitoba's Workplace Health Hazard Regulation (WHHR). The Hazardous Materials Expert addresses the unique information processing and reporting requirements of the legislation through a series of integrated software modules; WHMIS MSDS, WHMIS Labeling, Worker Training, WHHR Inventory and Material Tracking.

Description: This Network/Dial Up Clipper Database Management System was designed to manage employee registrations and skills inventories for a human resources employment opportunity matching system. This systems was later altered to address the requirements of managing civil servant transitions from Affected to Alternate positions. This application is presently used by thirty federal departments in the City of Winnipeg and Thunder Bay.

Description: This Clipper Database Benefit Statement Reporting System imports HR data from three different information systems, processes it, cleans it and generates the Employee Benefit Statements on pre-printed forms in French and English.

Description: This Network Clipper Database Management and Reporting system is used in airport facilities under Transport Canada Mid-Western Region's jurisdiction. These include airports in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and North Western Ontario (Canada). This system is a complex Capital and Operations and Maintenance cost tracking model designed to accurately determine space rental rates based on the cost recovery criteria defined in Transport Canada policies and procedures guidelines. This system replaced an existing spreadsheet model.

Description: This Network Clipper Database Application was designed for Manitoba Telephone Systems Head Office and Regional Offices to price all non-engineered business telephone systems. This Business Phone System Quotation System simplified the creation of management of quotations by integrating several line and service rate tables, multi-tiered product and component pricing tables, system configuration data and other setup parameters into a series of point and shoot data entry screens. This program underwent several upgrades and modifications to optimize it for the WAN and integrate it with their main pricing system.
